Indoor S'mores

Ah, s'mores. So delicious, yet getting a fire started can be such a hassle (also I'm horrible at roasting marshmallows over a fire.) I learned how to make s'mores indoors from Unsophisticook.

 Put the rack in your oven so it's about 8 inches away from the top. Turn on the broiler.

 Line up your marshmallows on a pan. Put them in the oven. It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Check on them every 10 seconds or so to make sure they don't burn.

 They'll turn all crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. DELICIOUS.

You could eat them just like that, or sandwich them between graham crackers and chocolate to make s'mores. Either way: easy and so yummy!
